In, the debate between building a Hunter or Rogue 19 Twink, I have both a rogue and a Hunter twink, I personally think the Hunter is better, as it is funny as hell to hear all the overpowered rogues whinning about hunters not standing still so they can rape them lol. The ability to have a triple-crit Multi Shot can really swing the balance in a weak group to weaken the enemy as a whole and a well used pet can help keep healers at bay.
Hunter twinks are best suited as either a Night elf, a Blood elf or a Troll.

Bad Against:
Warriors, Paladins, Shamans.
